Nutrient Management Planning
A Nutrient Management Plan (NMP) is a total planning tool that details the nutrient inputs and outputs of a particular farm. An NMP combines conservation practices with management activities to ensure proper utilization of manure and other nutrients generated at the farm. Operating in compliance with an NMP helps ensure growing crops receive optimal nutrients and enhances and conditions the soil to provide a better growing environment while minimizing the potential for impacts to surface and groundwater.

Our NMP accounts for all nutrient sources, commercial fertilizer, manure, organic byproducts, and crop residues to ensure proper utilization and to minimize the risk of impacts to water quality.
